强国家在场与当代边疆社区治理——以新疆和田策勒县青山社区为个案

【摘要】：维护稳定和服务民生是新疆社区建设的核心工作。本文通过对新疆南部一个县城社区的人类学考察,描述了特殊时期国家在社区建设中的强在场,以及新疆社区在社会控制、社会资本与社会治理方面的独特态势,以此解读国家与社会主体的权力秩序下社区的深层运行机制,并探讨社区建设如何取决于社会状况和社会发展阶段,从而展示一种属于边疆社会治理的图景与前景。
[Abstract]:Maintaining stability and serving the people's livelihood is the core work of Xinjiang's community construction. Based on the anthropological investigation of a county community in southern Xinjiang, this paper describes the strong presence of the state in community construction in a special period, as well as the unique situation of community in Xinjiang in terms of social control, social capital and social governance. This paper interprets the deep running mechanism of the community under the power order of the state and the main body of society, and probes into how the community construction depends on the social situation and the stage of social development, so as to show the prospect and prospect of a kind of social governance in the frontier area.
