持不同养老态度的老年人主观幸福感研究

【摘要】：以山东省菏泽市、聊城市、青岛市、威海市、淄博市五地市老年人为例,分析我国持不同养老态度老年人主观幸福感及其在九个社会人口因素上的差异具有重要意义。研究发现:老年人主观幸福感处于中等水平。城市老年人幸福度非常显著地高于农村老年人幸福度;80岁以上老年人的幸福度显著高于60—69岁老年人;"不工作"的老年人幸福度显著高于"比以前干活少"的老年人;自评健康状况为"很好"的老年人的正性因子和幸福度总分得分显著高于自评健康状况为"不好"的老年人;在幸福度各维度和总分上,居住地都表现出了非常显著的主效应,老年人幸福度得分的城市排序为威海㧐菏泽㧐聊城㧐青岛㧐淄博。在养老方式的选择方面,当前有73.3%的老年人选择了"在家,靠子女或老伴照顾"的居家养老方式。对"平时住在养老院,节假日回自己或儿女家"的部分机构养老持有不同态度的老年人在正性因子、负性因子和幸福度总分上的得分均存在显著性差异。
[Abstract]:Taking the elderly in Heze City, Liaocheng City, Qingdao City, Weihai City and Zibo City of Shandong Province as examples, it is of great significance to analyze the subjective well-being of the elderly with different attitudes towards the aged and their differences in nine social and demographic factors. The study found that the subjective well-being of the elderly is at a moderate level. The degree of happiness of the elderly in urban areas was significantly higher than that in the rural areas. The happiness of the elderly aged over 80 years was significantly higher than that of the elderly aged 60-69 years, and the happiness degree of the elderly who "did not work" was significantly higher than that of the elderly who "worked less than before". The positive factor and the total score of happiness of the elderly with self-rated health status were significantly higher than those with the self-rated health condition of "bad", and the place of residence showed a very significant main effect in all dimensions and total scores of happiness. The city ranking of the elderly happiness score is Weihai? Heze? Liaocheng? Qingdao Zibo. At present, 73.3% of the elderly choose "at home, care by their children or their wives". There were significant differences in the scores of positive factor, negative factor and total score of happiness among the elderly who had different attitudes towards the elderly who lived in the nursing home at ordinary times and returned to their own or children's home during the holidays.
