法国穆斯林移民问题研究

【摘要】：自19世纪初期至今,经历了四次移民浪潮的法国是目前欧洲拥有穆斯林人口最多的国家,穆斯林人口数量高达600万,与法国总人口的比例是1:10。穆斯林移民主要来自北非马格里布等法国前殖民地地区。穆斯林移民一方面促进了法国的经济繁荣和文化多元主义的发展,另一方面也给法国带来了诸多社会问题。近年来法国发生的数次恐袭事件,后来证实均为拥有法国国籍的穆斯林青年移民发起。由来已久的穆斯林移民在法国的融入困难问题引起了广泛关注,法国的“共和同化”移民政策也受到广泛质疑。虽然法国出台了相关措施并调整了移民政策,但结果收效甚微,穆斯林移民与主流社会的矛盾与隔阂似乎日益加深。在当今全球化时代,移民作为一个必不可少的经济发展要素,其覆盖广度与发展深度都是史无前例的。本文以法国的穆斯林移民作为主要研究对象,探讨分析法国的移民政策以及穆斯林移民在法国产生的各种社会问题,并就如何解决这些问题提出思考。
[Abstract]:France, which has experienced four waves of immigration since the early 19th century, has the largest Muslim population in Europe, with a Muslim population of 6 million, or 1: 10. Muslim immigrants came mainly from former French colonies such as the Maghreb in North Africa. On the one hand, Muslim immigrants promoted the economic prosperity and cultural pluralism of France, on the other hand, they brought many social problems to France. Several attacks in France in recent years have proved to have been launched by young Muslim immigrants of French nationality. The problem of integration difficulties of the long-standing Muslim immigrants in France has aroused widespread concern, and France's "Republican assimilation" immigration policy has also been widely questioned. Although France has introduced measures and adjusted immigration policies, the result has been very little, and the conflict and estrangement between Muslim immigrants and mainstream society seems to be deepening. In the era of globalization, immigration as an essential element of economic development, its coverage and development depth is unprecedented. This paper takes the Muslim immigrants in France as the main research object, discusses and analyzes the immigration policy of France and various social problems arising from the Muslim immigrants in France, and puts forward some thoughts on how to solve these problems.
