创新与规范的统一:展望我国未来的政治学发展

【摘要】：我国政治学学科自20世纪80年代恢复和发展以来,取得了不可否认的诸多成绩,但也存在不少有待改进的方面。未来我国政治学的发展,需要在学术创新和学术规范之间实现统一。学术创新方面,政治学研究应着眼于"真创新",并处理好创新与常识、创新与本土化之间的关系。由此,我们需要营造宽松的学术环境,加强学术共同体的自律,把握时代的主要脉搏,尊重学术探索的规律,并坚持科学与人文的统一。而在追求学术创新的过程中,尤其需要强调学术规范的重要性。政治学研究的每一环节都应在相应的学术规范下展开,并在此前提下完成学术创新。
[Abstract]:Since the recovery and development of the discipline of political science in China in the 1980s, there have been many undeniable achievements, but there are still many aspects to be improved. In the future, the development of political science in China needs to realize the unity between academic innovation and academic norms. In the aspect of academic innovation, political science research should focus on "true innovation" and deal with the relationship between innovation and common sense, innovation and localization. Therefore, we need to create a loose academic environment, strengthen the self-discipline of the academic community, grasp the main pulse of the times, respect the law of academic exploration, and adhere to the unity of science and humanities. In the process of pursuing academic innovation, the importance of academic norms should be emphasized. Every link of political science research should be carried out under the corresponding academic norms, and under this premise, academic innovation should be completed.
