五大发展理念的内在关系及其历史地位

【摘要】：“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”发展新理念,集中体现了“十三五”乃至更长时期我国的发展思路、发展方向、发展着力点。发展新理念理论逻辑严密、体系严整,着眼发展动力、发展方式、发展方向、发展环境、发展目的,浑然一体、协同发力。创新确保根深,协调保证叶茂,绿色保持健康,开放拓展空间,共享保障成果,五者具备内生张力的整体性和一致性。“人民至上”是其坚实的内核枢纽。它属于习近平经济思想的核心,是当下发展理论的最新成果,关系我国发展全局的深刻变革,对于破解发展难题厚植发展优势、夺取全面建成小康社会的伟大胜利、助力世界持续发展合作共赢等方面,具有重大理论价值和较强现实意义。
[Abstract]:The new concept of "innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing" embodies the development thinking, development direction and development focus of our country in the 13th Five-Year Plan and even in the longer term. The development of the new concept is characterized by strict theory and logic, strict system, focusing on the motive force, development mode, development direction, development environment, development purpose, integration and concerted effort. Innovation ensures that the root is deep, the coordination guarantees the leaf Mao, the green maintains the health, the opening expands the space, shares the safeguard achievement, the five have the integrity and the consistency of the endogenous tension. "people first" is its solid core hub. It belongs to the core of Xi Jinping's economic thinking and is the latest achievement of the current development theory. It is related to the profound changes in the overall development of our country. It is also a great victory in solving the development problem and gaining a great victory in building a well-off society in an all-round way. It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to help the sustainable development cooperation of the world win-win and so on.
