住房自有会撕裂青年群体吗——青年住房自有与阶层认同的研究

【摘要】:随着一、二线城市住房价格的再次上涨,住房自有与青年群体的撕裂问题也日益凸显。本文从青年在住房阶层中的独特性入手,依据对12名青年住房自有者的访谈资料,探索性分析了青年住房自有与阶层认同的关系。结果发现,从社会、经济和政治三个维度上体现出了当前青年住房自有的阶层认同处于动态、多样和碎片化的模糊状态。其原因主要来自青年被动性的购房动机、父母在购房过程中的重要角色,以及购房后青年工作、生活状态与参照群体的变换。据此,围绕落实住房调控的长效机制和青年住房自有群体相结合的视角提出了政策建议。
[Abstract]:With the rise of housing prices in the first and second-tier cities, the tear between housing ownership and youth has become increasingly prominent. Starting from the uniqueness of youth in the housing class, this paper analyzes the relationship between the ownership of the youth housing and the identity of the stratum according to the interview data of 12 young people who own the housing. The results show that the social, economic and political dimensions of the current youth housing ownership class identity is dynamic, diverse and fragmented fuzzy state. The reasons are mainly from the passive motivation of young people, the important role of parents in the process of buying houses, and the changes of youth work, living conditions and reference groups after purchase. On the basis of this, some policy suggestions are put forward from the perspective of the combination of the long-term mechanism of housing regulation and control and the combination of youth housing ownership groups.
