“居家养老”模式下的沧州地区农村适老化改造设计研究

【摘要】：从现在到未来很长一段时间,我国都将面临严峻的老龄化问题。对此,我国采取了一系列的应对措施,完成了一些理论研究。但是,绝大部分均是针对城市地区老龄化问题而言,对于老年人口占四分之三左右的广大农村地区的养老问题却研究甚少。同时,“居家养老”模式在农村一直占主导地位,老年人所反映出的生活环境方面的居住需求问题亟待解决。故而,从建筑的角度对“居家养老”模式下的农村地区的相关问题进行深入系统的研究是一个重要且急迫的课题。通过适当的改造设计便能满足老年人的居住需求,既节约人力物力,又符合当下沧州地区农村升级改造的大环境。因此,本文以“居家养老”为研究的养老模式,以沧州地区农村为研究区域,以“居家养老”模式下的该地区农村老年人生活环境所反映出的居住方面的相关问题为研究对象,以适老化改造设计为研究手段。本文完成了如下内容。一、本文针对农村老年人相关特征从生理、心理、行为、社会四个方面进行了阐述,并分别给出了一般性的适老化改造设计建议。二、在对沧州地区农村进行了大量的走访调研后,本文通过现状调研和问卷调查两种方式,针对最具有代表性的三所住宅:东辛庄村的苏宅、笔者自宅、丁宅,三座村庄:东辛庄村、张村、史村进行了深入细致的重点调研,总结出了包括住宅层面、公共设施层面、道路交通层面、景观环境层面在内的四个方面所反映出的问题。三、依据调研所反映出的问题,本文总结出了“居家养老”模式下的沧州地区农村适老化改造设计研究的原则,分析了当地老年人的居住需求性能,构架了适老化改造设计的参考标准。四、结合原则、性能,参照改造设计标准,本文从住宅层面、公共设施层面、道路交通层面、景观环境层面对改造策略进行了详细的阐述,并将策略实际运用到了三所住宅和三座村庄中,令改造更加的有的放矢。希望通过本文能够为改善“居家养老”模式下的沧州地区农村老年人生活环境尽一份力,为沧州农村及相似地区的适老化改造设计提供一定的参考;同时吸引更多的人投身到农村地区养老问题的研究中去。
[Abstract]:From now to a long time in the future, China will face a severe aging problem. In view of this, our country has taken a series of countermeasures, has completed some theoretical research. However, most of them are aimed at the problem of aging in urban areas, but there is little research on the problem of the aged in rural areas, where the elderly population accounts for about 3/4. At the same time, the "home endowment" mode has been dominant in rural areas, the elderly reflect the living environment needs of living problems to be solved. Therefore, it is an important and urgent task to study the related problems in rural areas from the architectural point of view. It can meet the living needs of the elderly through proper design, which not only saves manpower and material resources, but also accords with the current environment of rural upgrading and transformation in Cangzhou area. Therefore, this paper takes the old-age support model of "family pension" as the research model, the rural area of Cangzhou as the research area, and the living environment of the elderly living in the rural area under the "home old-age care" model as the research object. To adapt to the aging of the design as a means of research. This paper completes the following contents. The main contents are as follows: 1. This paper expounds the related characteristics of the elderly in rural areas from four aspects: physiology, psychology, behavior and society, and gives some general suggestions for the design of aging adaptation. Second, after a large number of visits to the rural areas of Cangzhou, this paper aims at the three most representative residences: the Su House of Dongxin Village, the author's own house, and the Ding House, through the current situation investigation and questionnaire survey. Three villages: Dongxinzhuang village, Zhangcun village, Shicun village have carried on the thorough and meticulous research, has summed up the four aspects including the residence level, the public facility level, the road traffic plane, the landscape environment aspect and so on four aspects reflected the question. Thirdly, according to the problems reflected in the investigation, this paper summarizes the principles of the research on the design and design of the suitable aging transformation in the rural areas of Cangzhou under the model of "living for the aged at home", and analyzes the performance of the residential needs of the local elderly. The reference standard for the design of the retrofit for aging is set up. 4. Combining with principle, performance and design standard, this paper elaborates the reconstruction strategy from the aspects of residence, public facilities, road traffic, landscape and environment. And the strategy has been applied to three houses and three villages, making the transformation more targeted. It is hoped that this paper can contribute to the improvement of the living environment of the rural elderly in Cangzhou under the mode of "home and old-age support", and provide some references for the design of the suitable aging transformation in the rural areas of Cangzhou and similar areas. At the same time, attract more people to the rural areas of pension research.
