当前我国社会矛盾的主要特征与治理

【摘要】：正从2013年1月至2016年4月间,笔者组织课题组先后六次对基层干部和普通群众的社会矛盾与社会心态等主题进行城乡问卷调查,共获得有效问卷6600余份;同时采取半结构式的个别访谈和座谈会,完成以乡镇、街道党委书记、乡镇长和街道办主任等基层干部为主的访谈600余人次,涉及江苏、山东、湖北、四川、安徽等16个省、直辖市。调查发现,干群较为一致地认为,本世纪以来征地拆迁、劳资纠纷、企业改制、环境纠纷、历史遗留等重大矛盾突出,交通
[Abstract]:From January 2013 to April 2016, the author organized six questionnaires on the social contradictions and social mentality of grassroots cadres and ordinary people, and obtained more than 6600 valid questionnaires. At the same time, they adopted semi-structured individual interviews and symposia to complete interviews with more than 600 grass-roots cadres, mainly township, street party committee secretaries, township chiefs and district office directors, involving 16 provinces, including Jiangsu, Shandong, Hubei, Sichuan, and Anhui. Municipalities directly under the Central Government The survey found that the cadres agreed that major contradictions such as land requisition and removal, labor disputes, enterprise restructuring, environmental disputes, historical legacies, and so on, have become prominent in this century.
