城市老年人机构养老选择行为与意愿的实证分析

【摘要】：随着家庭结构迅速小型化,社区养老、机构养老逐渐成为新的选择趋势。文章基于CLHLS 2011年追踪数据,以城市老年人为样本,探讨居家养老之外,城市老年人对机构养老的选择行为和选择意愿。结果显示,机构养老的实际选择行为及选择意愿的社会参与度都很低,但也存在"围城"现象,有些老人身在养老院内心却是拒绝的,也有部分老人想进养老院而拘于家庭、经济、社区环境等原因而不得。
[Abstract]:With the rapid miniaturization of family structure, community pension, institutional pension has gradually become a new trend of choice. Based on the data of CLHLS in 2011, this paper takes the urban elderly as a sample to explore the choice behavior and the choice willingness of the urban elderly to the institutional old-age care in addition to the family pension. The results show that the actual choice behavior and the social participation of the will to choose for the aged in institutions are very low, but there is also the phenomenon of "besieging". Some elderly people are rejected in the heart of the nursing home, and some elderly people want to go to the nursing home and become confined to their families. Economic, community environment and other reasons and not.
