“港独”与“台独”合流的初步分析及法理应对

【摘要】："港独"与"台独"因分裂国家的共同政治目的和相同外部因素的刺激,已呈现合流之势,且这一趋势将愈演愈烈。"港独"与"台独"合流不仅危害香港、台湾两地的经济、社会发展,更对国家统一和民族复兴造成巨大伤害。法律手段是防范和遏制两"独"合流的重要武器。
[Abstract]:"Hong Kong independence" and "Taiwan independence" have shown a trend of convergence due to the common political objectives of splitting the country and the stimulation of the same external factors, and this trend will intensify. " The confluence of Hong Kong independence and "Taiwan independence" not only endangers the economic and social development of Hong Kong and Taiwan, but also causes great harm to national reunification and national rejuvenation. Legal means is an important weapon to prevent and contain the two separate flows.
