移动互联居家老人关怀服务系统研究

【摘要】:伴随着国民经济的稳步快速发展,我国国民物质生活水平取得了显著的提高,医疗卫生水平在整体上有一个质的提升,从而使得人们的平均寿命延长,人口死亡率也随之逐年下降,导致我国老人的人口比重正在逐步增加。我国已经进入老龄化社会,且老龄化的进程处于不间断加速中,养老问题就是老龄化带来的首要问题。然而,由于我国存在数量非常庞大的老人,社会保障并不完善,各方面条件均不成熟,养老问题依旧严峻。近年来,居家养老受到社会各方的关注,被大家当作是解决我国养老难题的重要策略。我国老人有较高的居家养老服务需求,然而需求被满足的程度却略低,特别是关于老人精神慰藉、人文关怀方面的服务需求。本文选择居家养老方面的问题作为研究课题,为居家老人提供分享移动互联网发展最新成果的服务,促进老人的身心健康,减轻老人子女的负担,促进社会的和谐。毕竟养老问题是影响着我国的经济发展、社会进步以及政治稳定的大问题,借助于现代高新技术切实推进居家养老服务,能在一定程度上减轻社会养老的负担,缓解我国养老难的问题。本文的研究内容是分析不同养老方式的特色和居家老人的人文关怀需求,结合当前比较流行的移动互联网思想和方便应用的技术手段,设计、实现居家养老的关怀服务系统,突出老人最为需要的精神慰藉的功能设计,重点是智能陪聊,缓解老人居家养老压力,让老人足不出户即可享受到优质的居家养老服务,帮助老人营造幸福、高质量的晚年生活氛围。本文首先介绍了居家养老的现状,并对智能语音处理、响应式架构和微信公众平台与接口等相关技术进行了简要介绍,然后通过使用面向对象的方法对居家老人的需求进行分析,重点是居家老人的人文关怀需求,采用功能点列表、活动图和顺序图的方式分析业务功能,并对系统用户界面需求和软件接口需求进行了相应描述。接着进行居家老人关怀服务系统的设计,介绍系统硬件部署和软件架构,采用包图、类图等建模语言描述生活助手、老有所乐、养老商城、智能陪聊四大功能模块的详细设计,以及给出系统E-R图设计和数据库表设计,并对数据传输、用户界面和软件接口设计等方面进行了简要描述。在系统实现阶段,对前端响应式、微信多功能服务和智能陪聊的实现原理进行了介绍,同时展示了关键功能页面效果图。经过实际测试,系统拥有较强的实用性以及扩展性。本系统站在居家老人的需求层面,为居家养老服务的探索积累了一定价值的实践基础和技术研究。当然,在居家养老服务的探索上,仍然有许多值得我们继续进行研究和完善。后续,我们将做更多调研工作,深入老人内部,了解老人更多的真实需求,为系统增添更加人性化的功能实现。同时针对系统各个方面进行性能优化,从而让系统更加符合未来市场需求。
[Abstract]:With the steady and rapid development of the national economy, the material living standard of our country has been greatly improved, and the medical and health level has been improved qualitatively as a whole, so that the average life expectancy of people has been prolonged. The mortality rate is also decreasing year by year, which leads to the increase of population proportion of the elderly in our country. Our country has entered the aging society, and the aging process is accelerating continuously, the pension problem is the primary problem brought by the aging. However, due to the existence of a very large number of elderly people, social security is not perfect, conditions are not mature, pension problems are still grim. In recent years, the family pension has been concerned by all sides of the society, and is regarded as an important strategy to solve the pension problem in our country. The elderly in China have a higher demand for home care services, but the demand is slightly lower, especially on the elderly spiritual comfort, humanistic care service needs. In this paper, the problem of home care for the aged is chosen as a research topic to provide the elderly at home with the service of sharing the latest achievements in the development of the mobile Internet, to promote the physical and mental health of the elderly, to lighten the burden of their children, and to promote social harmony. After all, the problem of providing for the aged is a big problem affecting the economic development, social progress and political stability of our country. To a certain extent, the burden of social old-age support can be alleviated by the help of modern high and new technology to effectively promote the services for the aged at home. To alleviate the problem of pension problems in China. The research content of this paper is to analyze the characteristics of different ways of providing for the aged and the needs of humanistic care for the elderly at home, and to design and implement the care service system for the aged at home, combining with the popular idea of mobile Internet and the technical means of convenient application. Highlighting the most needed mental comfort function design for the elderly, the emphasis is on intelligent chatting, easing the pressure on the elderly to provide for the aged at home, so that the elderly can enjoy high quality home care services and help them build happiness. High quality living atmosphere in old age. This paper first introduces the current situation of home care for the aged, and briefly introduces some related technologies, such as intelligent voice processing, responsive architecture, WeChat public platform and interface, etc. Then through the use of object-oriented methods to analyze the needs of the elderly at home, the emphasis is on the needs of the humanistic care of the elderly at home, using the list of function points, activity diagrams and sequence diagrams to analyze the business functions. The system user interface requirements and software interface requirements are described. Then the design of the care service system for the elderly at home is carried out, and the hardware deployment and software architecture of the system are introduced. The detailed design of the four functional modules, including package diagram, class diagram and other modeling languages, is used to describe the life assistant, the senior citizen, the aged shopping mall, the intelligent companion chat, etc. The design of system E-R diagram and database table are given, and the data transmission, user interface and software interface design are briefly described. In the phase of system implementation, the principle of front-end response, WeChat multi-function service and intelligent chat is introduced, and the key function page effect diagram is also presented. After the actual test, the system has strong practicability and expansibility. This system stands at the level of the needs of the elderly at home, and accumulates the practical foundation and technical research for the exploration of the home old-age service. Of course, in the exploration of home pension services, there are still many worthy of our continued research and improvement. In follow-up, we will do more research work, go deep into the elderly, understand more real needs of the elderly, and add more humanized functions to the system. At the same time, the system is optimized for all aspects of the system, so as to make the system more in line with the future market demand.
