“禁穆令”与美国中东政策的走向

【摘要】：美国总统特朗普上台后签发的"禁穆令",既是为履行其在竞选期间对支持者许下的诺言,体现"美国优先"及"保护美国安全"的政策主张,也源于其本人及其执政团队对穆斯林和伊斯兰国家的一贯偏见。"禁穆令"的出台引发了国际社会和美国国内的大规模抗议,但美国近半数民众对此禁令持支持的态度,表明美国国内尚存在严重的"伊斯兰恐惧症"和对恐怖袭击的担忧。特朗普的"禁穆令"意在运用区别对待的策略来分化伊斯兰世界,在撕裂美国社会的同时,也对美国中东政策走向产生了影响。种种迹象显示,特朗普政府将更多地从利益层面而非战略层面构建美国与伊斯兰世界的关系。
[Abstract]:The "proscription" issued by US President Trump after he took office is to fulfill his promise to supporters during the election campaign and to embody the policy of "America first" and "protect the security of the United States." It also stems from its own consistent bias against Muslims and Islamic states, as well as its governing team. " The ban triggered massive international and domestic protests, but nearly half of the U.S. population supported the ban, suggesting that there were still serious "Islamophobia" and fears of terrorist attacks in the United States. Trump's ban is intended to divide the Islamic world with a differentiated approach, tearing American society apart and influencing the direction of U.S. Middle East policy. There are signs that the Trump administration will build relations with the Islamic world more at the level of interests than at the strategic level.
