十月革命胜利初期列宁苏维埃政权建设的思想及其启示

【摘要】：十月革命胜利之后,为了捍卫新型的无产阶级政权,列宁做了大量探索,提出了很多重要思想,在当代仍然具有不可磨灭的价值。列宁强调,苏维埃政权建设必须以马克思主义为指导,走适合俄国国情的发展道路。苏维埃政权能够提供最好的条件让广大人民群众不断参与国家政治生活,不断实现自身的政治权利。苏维埃政权建设必须以无产阶级政党保持先进性和纯洁性为根本前提,党的建设与政权建设紧密相连,须臾不可分。苏维埃政权建设应当采取多种多样的自下而上的监督形式和方法,实现广大人民群众的监督权利。这一时期列宁苏维埃政权建设思想对我们具有重要的启示意义。
[Abstract]:After the victory of the October Revolution, in order to defend the new proletarian regime, Lenin made a great deal of exploration and put forward many important ideas, which still have indelible value in the contemporary era. Lenin stressed that the construction of Soviet regime must be guided by Marxism and take the road of development suitable for Russia's national conditions. The Soviet regime can provide the best conditions for the masses to participate in national political life and realize their own political rights. The construction of Soviet political power must take the proletarian party to maintain its progressiveness and purity as the basic premise. The party building is closely connected with the political power construction and cannot be separated from each other for a moment. The construction of Soviet regime should adopt various forms and methods of supervision from the bottom up to realize the supervisory rights of the broad masses of the people. This period Lenin Soviet regime construction thought to us has the important enlightenment significance.
