转型中国的养老诉求与代际项目实践反思

【摘要】：代际项目作为一种促进老一代与年轻一代之间有目的、持续性资源交换和学习的社会手段,自20世纪60-70年代在欧美出现后便呈现出蓬勃发展之势。近年来国内因剧烈的社会变革所引发的人口老龄化与家庭结构变迁、孝道伦理弱化和精神养老诉求增加等总体性危机,为代际项目的引入提供了发展契机。在此背景下,文章运用Google和Baidu网页搜索的方法对国内代际项目发展情况进行了分析,发现国内代际项目充分利用孝道泛化、家庭隐喻、文化挖掘、多方支持等手段形成了不同于西方的本土特色,但在家庭代间照顾与社会代际支持融合、城乡协调、老人参与主动性、代际互动深化等方面尚存在一定问题,需要引起重视与反思。
[Abstract]:As a social means to promote the purposeful, sustainable resource exchange and learning between the older generation and the younger generation, the intergenerational project has developed vigorously since its emergence in Europe and the United States in the 1960s and 1970s. In recent years, the aging of the population and the changes of family structure, the weakening of filial piety ethics and the increasing demand of spiritual old-age support have provided the development opportunity for the introduction of intergenerational projects. In this context, this paper analyzes the development of domestic intergenerational projects by using Google and Baidu web search methods, and finds that domestic intergenerational projects make full use of filial piety generalization, family metaphor, and cultural mining. However, there are still some problems in the aspects of family intergenerational care and social intergenerational support fusion, urban-rural coordination, elderly participation initiative, intergenerational interaction deepening and so on. Need to arouse attention and reflection.
