农村留守儿童安全和品行问题的空间治理

【摘要】：考察农村留守儿童安全问题,必须与其品行问题结合进行。其安全问题包括主观心理安全问题和社会存在安全问题,前者表现为孤僻排外、冲动好斗、叛逆任性等,后者表现为身份歧视、身心伤害、意外伤害等。其品行问题具体表现为自私冷漠、不良习惯、荒废学业、违法犯纪、自愿自杀等。从空间的视角看,这些问题的成因包括五个方面:主观心理空间失衡、家庭人伦结构错位、学校成长空间失准、城乡发展严重不均、区域发展差距过大。从空间上解决这些问题,必须加大文化扶贫,健全农村留守儿童的精神文化关爱空间;提振县域经济,拓展农民工返乡就业和创业的发展空间;促推共享发展,规制资本逻辑自发运行的噬利盲动空间。
[Abstract]:To investigate the safety of left-behind children in rural areas, we must combine them with their conduct. The security problems include subjective psychological security and social security. The former is characterized by isolation, impulsive aggression, rebellious and wayward, while the latter is characterized by identity discrimination, physical and mental injury, accidental injury and so on. Its behavior problems include selfish apathy, bad habits, neglect of study, violation of law and discipline, voluntary suicide and so on. From the perspective of space, the causes of these problems include five aspects: subjective psychological space imbalance, misalignment of family relationship structure, misalignment of school growth space, serious uneven development between urban and rural areas, and excessive regional development gap. To solve these problems from the space, we must increase the cultural poverty alleviation, improve the spiritual and cultural care space of the children left behind in rural areas, boost the county economy, and expand the development space of migrant workers returning to their hometown for employment and entrepreneurship. Promote the development of sharing, regulate the spontaneous operation of capital logic, profit blind space.
