网络政治生态中的公民政治参与研究

【摘要】：政治生态与公民政治参与之间存在鲜明的辩证关系,因为公民政治参与会受到政治生态的影响和制约,同时公民也会通过政治参与影响政治系统发展。从当前我国网络政治生态中公民政治参与存在的问题来看,主要表现为政治参与意识有待进一步提高、政治参与不均衡性明显、政治参与渠道有待拓宽、政治参与功利性比较强、政治参与制度不健全。从优化网络政治生态,推进公民有序政治参与的思路与对策来看,主要包括提高公民的参与意识,增强公民有序政治参与的积极性;加强电子政务建设,消除公民与政府之间的信息不对称;治理网络环境,为公民有序政治参与提供良好网络空间。
[Abstract]:There is a distinct dialectical relationship between political ecology and citizen political participation, because citizen political participation will be influenced and restricted by political ecology, at the same time, citizens will also influence the development of political system through political participation. According to the existing problems of citizen's political participation in the network political ecology of our country at present, the main manifestation is that the consciousness of political participation needs to be further improved, the political participation imbalance is obvious, and the channels of political participation need to be broadened. The utility of political participation is relatively strong, and the system of political participation is not perfect. From the point of view of optimizing network political ecology and promoting citizens' orderly political participation, it mainly includes raising citizen's participation consciousness and enhancing citizens' enthusiasm of orderly political participation; We should strengthen the construction of e-government, eliminate the information asymmetry between citizens and the government, govern the network environment, and provide a good cyberspace for citizens' orderly political participation.
