明清任官要遵循哪些回避制度

【摘要】：任官回避制度初创于东汉末年,唐宋逐渐成熟,明清臻于完备。明清时期在继承前朝回避制度的基础上,对官员任职的地域回避、亲属回避、职务回避和师生回避等方面有所增益。明清回避制度的进一步完善,对抑制地方势力膨胀,维护绝对皇权,减轻吏治腐败,维持王朝秩序稳定发挥了积极作用。
[Abstract]:The system of official avoidance was established in the late Eastern Han Dynasty, the Tang and Song dynasties gradually matured, and the Ming and Qing dynasties became more and more complete. In the Ming and Qing dynasties, on the basis of inheriting the avoidance system of the former dynasty, there were some gains in the regional avoidance, relatives' withdrawal, post withdrawal and teacher-student avoidance of officials' office. The further perfection of the avoidance system in Ming and Qing dynasties played an active role in restraining the expansion of local power, maintaining absolute imperial power, alleviating corruption of officials and maintaining the stability of imperial order.
