系统思维视角下习近平对“一国两制”的创新与发展

【摘要】：系统思维是人们将认识对象视为一个系统,通过揭示系统与要素、要素与要素、系统与环境的内在机理与外在联系,形成对事物整体性认识的一种高级思维方法,它也是人们认识事物规律、推动事物发展的有效思想武器。党的十八大以来,香港"一国两制"的实践之所以能够克服重重挑战,顺利向前推进,与习近平治港方略中贯穿渗透的系统思维密不可分。"三个相信"、"四个始终"、"香港与内地共圆中国梦"作为习近平治港方略的有机组成部分,相互联系、相互作用,为香港未来发展提供了科学的指南。
[Abstract]:Systematic thinking is a kind of advanced thinking method that people regard the object of cognition as a system, by revealing the inner mechanism and external relation of system and element, factor and factor, system and environment, forming a kind of advanced thinking method to the whole cognition of things. It is also an effective ideological weapon for people to understand the law of things and promote the development of things. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the practice of "one country, two systems" in Hong Kong has been able to overcome many challenges and move forward smoothly, which is inextricably linked to the penetrating systematic thinking in Xi Jinping's strategy for governing Hong Kong. " As an integral part of Xi Jinping's strategy for governing Hong Kong, Chinese Dream has interlinked and interacted with each other, providing a scientific guide for the future development of Hong Kong.
