中国特色社会主义道路及其世界意义研究

【摘要】：对于一个国家来说,寻找一条适合本国的发展道路至关重要。近代西方一些国家正是找到了适合本国特点的发展道路,率先跨入了现代化和发达国家的行列。中国是一个社会主义国家,也是一个最大的发展中国家,改革开放以来,中国逐渐探索出了一条适合本国国情的发展道路。中共十七大把这条道路称为“中国特色社会主义道路”并作出了科学界定；党的十八大进一步重申了中国特色社会主义道路,明确指出：“道路关乎党的命脉,关乎国家前途、民族命运、人民幸福”,“全面建成小康社会,加快推进社会主义现代化,实现中华民族伟大复兴,必须坚定不移地走中国特色社会主义道路。”并且强调中国特色社会主义道路是实现途径,中国特色社会主义理论体系是行动指南,中国特色社会主义制度是根本保障。因此,对中国特色社会主义道路进行较为系统研究是十分有必要的。本文沿着改革开放三十多年来的发展历程,试图对中国特色社会主义道路的形成、发展与完善进行较为系统的梳理,并对其内涵、基本特征以及所具有的世界意义进行了较为系统的研究。全文共分为四个部分：第一部分：讨论了“模式”、“道路”、“中国模式”与“中国道路”等概念的差异,梳理了国内外学术界对这几个概念的不同争论,说明了“中国道路”不同于“中国模式”的原因。在此基础上,进一步讨论了中国特色社会主义道路的内涵及特征。第二部分：从文本出发,发掘了马克思和恩格斯关于东、西方社会发展道路的多样性与统一性及其辩证关系的论述；分析了列宁、毛泽东、邓小平在社会主义建设实践中总结和概括出的什么是社会主义、如何建设社会主义等思想。强调这些重要观点和思想是中国特色社会主义道路形成的理论基础。第三部分：沿着改革开放的历史脉络,分析和研究了中国特色社会主义道路的开辟与确立、推进与拓展、丰富与完善的艰难历程,以及我们当前坚决不动摇地走这条道路与实现民族复兴、国家富强、人民幸福的辩证关系。第四部分：强调的是中国特色社会主义道路的成功进一步证明了,在人类社会发展过程中,由于各国的历史文化传统不同,社会经济发展水平各异,没有一条普遍适用的发展道路,也没有一个固定不变的发展模式,更不能强行推广某种道路和模式,但可以相互借鉴。这就是本文阐明的中国特色社会主义道路的世界意义所在。目前,中国特色社会主义道路尚不完善,仍存在诸多困境与缺陷。而中国的特殊国情决定了只有坚持走这条道路,通过实践中的不断发展与完善,最终必定通往既定目标。
[Abstract]:It is essential for a country to find a path of development suitable for its own country. In modern times, some western countries found the development path suitable for their own characteristics, and first stepped into the ranks of modernization and developed countries. China is a socialist country and the largest developing country. Since the reform and opening up, China has gradually explored a development path suitable for its own national conditions. The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China called this road "the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics" and made a scientific definition. The 18th CPC National Congress further reaffirmed the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics and clearly pointed out: "the road is related to the lifeblood of the Party, to the future of the country, to the destiny of the nation, to the happiness of the people," and "build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and accelerate socialist modernization." To realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, we must unswervingly follow the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics. " It also emphasizes that the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the way of realization, the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the guide to action, and the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the fundamental guarantee. Therefore, it is necessary to study the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics systematically. Following the development of reform and opening up for more than 30 years, this paper attempts to sort out the formation, development and perfection of the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and makes a systematic analysis of its connotation. The basic characteristics and the significance of the world are studied systematically. The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part: it discusses the differences between the concepts of "mode", "road", "Chinese model" and "Chinese road", and sorts out the different arguments about these concepts in domestic and foreign academic circles. The reason why China Road is different from China Mode is explained. On this basis, the connotation and characteristics of socialist road with Chinese characteristics are further discussed. The second part: from the text, it explores Marx and Engels' exposition on the diversity and unity of the way of social development in the East and the West and their dialectical relations. This paper analyzes Lenin, Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping's thoughts on what socialism is and how to construct socialism in the practice of socialist construction. Emphasizing these important views and thoughts is the theoretical basis for the formation of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Part III: along the historical context of reform and opening-up, analyzes and studies the difficult course of opening up and establishing, promoting and expanding, enriching and perfecting the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics. And the dialectical relationship between us resolutely and unswervingly following this road with the realization of national rejuvenation, national prosperity and strength, and the happiness of the people. Part IV: it is emphasized that the success of the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics further proves that in the course of human social development, due to the different historical and cultural traditions of various countries, the level of socio-economic development is different. There is no universally applicable way of development and there is no fixed pattern of development. Moreover, we can not forcefully popularize a certain road and model, but we can learn from each other. This is the world significance of the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics expounded in this paper. At present, the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics is not perfect, there are still many dilemmas and defects. The special situation of China decides that we must stick to this road, and through the continuous development and perfection in practice, we must finally lead to the established goal.
