诸城市农村社区化建设现状及对策研究

【摘要】：伴随着我国经济的发展,社会文明在不断的进步,最近几年,我国农村地区的精神文明得到了极大地改变。不过,现如今农村地区的基本服务质量还是比较落后,为了能够更好的发展城乡统筹规划,需要打破现如今的城乡二元结构,积极的发展乡村地区服务体系的建设。发展公共服务体系均等化的主要途径之一就是要完善农村地区的社区服务体系。本篇文章通过查找相关资料,对我国农村地区的社区服务状况进行了系统的分析研究,同时结合诸城市的经济发展现状,进一步的分析了诸城市地区的服务体系运行状况。对现如今我国的农村社区体制进行合理的定位,能够极大的推动我国农村地区的服务发展,减小城乡之间的差距,提高均等化的服务质量,这对社会主义新农村的建设有着非常重大的意义。此外,对诸城市地区的社区建设状况进行全面的分析,能够得到符合我国农村发展的经验,并找出具体的实践措施。为我国的城乡一体化发展奠定坚实的基础。本论文通过六章组成:第一部分,对社区及农村新型社区建设的概念进行界定,明确农村社区的背景和意义,以及本论文的研究内容和方法。第二部分,通过对农村新型社区建设的背景的分析研究,对城乡关系变迁进行分析,对城乡关系的探索时期、城乡二元体制时期和城乡统筹发展时期具体分析。第三部分,通过对诸城市农村新型社区建设的现状分析,结合农村新型社区建设的动因分析,总结诸城市农村新型社区建设的内容。第四部分,分析诸城市农村新型社区建设存在的问题。第五部分,针对诸城市农村新型社区建设存在的问题,提出相应的改进农村新型社区建设的对策及建议。第六部分,结论。
[Abstract]:With the development of our economy and the continuous progress of social civilization, the spiritual civilization in rural areas of our country has been greatly changed in recent years. However, the quality of basic services in rural areas is still relatively backward. In order to better develop the overall planning of urban and rural areas, it is necessary to break the current dual structure of urban and rural areas and actively develop the construction of service system in rural areas. One of the main ways to develop the equality of public service system is to improve the community service system in rural areas. By looking up the relevant data, this paper makes a systematic analysis and research on the community service situation in rural areas of China, and further analyzes the operation of the service system in Zhucheng areas combined with the present situation of economic development in Zhucheng areas. A reasonable orientation of the current rural community system in China can greatly promote the service development in rural areas of our country, reduce the gap between urban and rural areas, and improve the equal quality of service. This is of great significance to the construction of a new socialist countryside. In addition, a comprehensive analysis of the community construction in Zhucheng areas can get the experience in line with the rural development of our country, and find out the specific practical measures. It lays a solid foundation for the integrated development of urban and rural areas in China. This paper is composed of six chapters: the first part defines the concept of community and rural new community construction, clarifies the background and significance of rural community, as well as the research contents and methods of this paper. The second part, through the analysis and research of the background of the new rural community construction, analyzes the changes of the urban-rural relationship, the exploration period of the urban-rural relationship, the urban-rural dual system period and the urban-rural overall development period. The third part, through the analysis of the present situation of the new rural community construction in Zhucheng city, combined with the motivation analysis of the rural new community construction, summarizes the content of the new rural community construction in Zhucheng city. The fourth part analyzes the problems existing in the construction of new rural communities in Zhucheng cities. The fifth part, in view of the problems existing in the construction of the new rural community in Zhucheng City, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the construction of the new rural community. The sixth part, the conclusion.
