习近平网络战略思想论析

【摘要】：当今世界进入了互联网时代,政治、经济、社会、文化等各个领域发生着重大变革,习近平总书记站在时代发展的前沿,提出了网络发展的新思想、新观点、新论断,形成了习近平网络战略思想。这一思想是理论与实践相统一的结晶,有着丰富的内涵。即网络战略思想的核心目标是要实现网络强国,网络战略思想的精神内核是打造"命运共同体",网络战略思想的基本原则是维护国家利益,网络战略思想的法治保障是坚持依法治网,网络战略思想的美好愿景是推进资源共享。践行习近平总书记的网络战略思想要做到:占领全球技术与人才高地,推进网络治理法治化,拓展网络经济空间,加强网络舆情引导工作,强化红色文化的网络国际传播能力。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the world has entered the Internet era, and great changes have taken place in politics, economy, society, culture and other fields. General Secretary Xi Jinping stood at the forefront of the development of the times and put forward the new idea, new viewpoint and new conclusion of network development, which formed Xi Jinping's network strategic thought. This thought is the crystallization of the unity of theory and practice, and has rich connotation. That is to say, the core goal of the network strategic thought is to realize the network power, the spiritual core of the network strategic thought is to build a "community of destiny", the basic principle of the network strategic thought is to safeguard the national interests, the guarantee of the rule of law of the network strategic thought is to adhere to the rule of law, and the better vision of the network strategic thought is to promote the sharing of resources. To practice General Secretary Xi Jinping's network strategic thought, we should occupy the global technology and talent highland, promote the legalization of network governance, expand the space of network economy, strengthen the guidance of network public opinion, and strengthen the network international communication ability of red culture.
