网络表达乱象亟须治理

【摘要】：互联网的兴起极大拓展了人们的生存发展空间,丰富了现代人的生活。网民通过网络获得生活所需,还能以各种方式进行网络表达。但由于网民文化水平、精神境界、道德认知存在差异,致使网络环境中网络表达乱象丛生,对个人形象和网络环境带来危害和冲击。净化网络环境,治理网络表达乱象,是提升网民人文素质、维护社会安定的重要举措。
[Abstract]:The rise of the Internet has greatly expanded people's living and development space and enriched the life of modern people. Internet users through the network to obtain the needs of life, but also in a variety of ways to express the network. However, due to the differences in cultural level, spiritual realm and moral cognition of netizens, the network expression is full of chaos in the network environment, which brings harm and impact to the personal image and the network environment. Purifying the network environment and controlling the disorder of network expression are important measures to improve the humanistic quality of netizens and maintain social stability.
