中国特色社会主义制度文明的结构特色与功能优势

【摘要】：制度文明是中国特色社会主义进步性的集中体现,中国特色社会主义制度的内在结构和功能具有诸多文明特征。这些特征的文明意义可概括为:一方面,制度塑造稳定权威和推动经济社会发展的能力,体现着破解发展中社会普遍存在的制度难题的实践和进步;另一方面,制度保障公共政策社会适应性和民众权利的能力,又从现代性上体现着制度的文明进步。从性质上来说,中国特色社会主义制度文明当属发展中社会的文明。
[Abstract]:Institutional civilization is the concentrated embodiment of the progress of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and the internal structure and function of socialist system with Chinese characteristics have many civilized characteristics. The civilized significance of these characteristics can be summarized as follows: on the one hand, the ability of the system to shape stable authority and promote economic and social development reflects the practice and progress of solving the common institutional problems in the developing society; on the other hand, the ability of the system to guarantee the social adaptability of public policy and the rights of the people reflects the civilized progress of the system from the modern point of view. In nature, the socialist system civilization with Chinese characteristics belongs to the civilization of the developing society.
