社会调控视阈下的邪教防控对策研究

【摘要】：近年来,邪教伤(害)人事件时有发生,引发了社会极大的关注。一般而言,对邪教的治理需从多角度、多层面入手,既要治标,更要治本。具体而言,一是需要实施迅速限制邪教活动及其影响范围为主要目的的初期综合控制;二是进行以搜集情报、获取犯罪证据、瓦解组织、打击处理首要人员和重要成员为核心的公安、司法专门控制;三是开展以宣传教育、转化引导和消除影响为目标的舆论宣传导向控制;四是通过开展丰富多彩的群众性文体娱乐活动,改善人民群众的业余文化生活,加强对易受邪教危害的"特殊群体"的教育保护,以有效控制邪教的滋生和蔓延。
[Abstract]:In recent years, cults have been injured (injured) from time to time, which has aroused great concern in society. Generally speaking, the governance of cults needs to start from many angles and levels, not only to cure the symptoms, but also to cure the root causes. In particular, it is necessary to carry out initial comprehensive control with the main purpose of rapidly restricting the activities of cults and their scope of influence; second, to carry out public security and judicial control with the core of collecting intelligence, obtaining criminal evidence, disintegrating organizations, cracking down on dealing with key personnel and important members, and third, carrying out propaganda-oriented control of public opinion with the goal of propaganda and education, transformation, guidance, and elimination of influence. Fourth, through the development of rich and colorful mass sports and entertainment activities, improve the amateur cultural life of the people, strengthen the education and protection of "special groups" vulnerable to the harm of cults, in order to effectively control the breeding and spread of cults.
