实施一带一路战略对尼泊尔的机遇与挑战

随着整个亚洲大陆的复兴,各国急需通过空气空间、陆地、内陆水域和海洋等多种渠道来增强联系,这正是“一带一路”倡议（以下简称BRI）提出的目的之一。特别是对于像尼泊尔这样的中亚和南亚内陆国家而言,BRI提供了各国彼此联系的基础设施、以及建设这些基础设施所需的投资与联系渠道。BRI给尼泊尔这样一个以喜马拉雅经济为主的内陆国家带来了很多希望。本文从古代丝绸之路的历史背景和尼泊尔与古代丝绸之路的关系入手,探讨中尼关系及其这种关系对尼泊尔实施BRI的影响,进而分析实施BRI给尼泊尔带来的机遇和挑战。本论文共分为五章,分别是绪论、古丝绸之路及其对“一带一路”倡议的意义、尼泊尔实施BRI的现实条件（特别是中尼双边关系对实施BRI的影响）、尼泊尔实施BRI的机遇与挑战以及结论部分。对于像尼泊尔这样的最不发达的国家而言,BRI被视为一个空前绝后的机遇。这是因为这个喜马拉雅内陆经济完全依赖印度作为第三国贸易对象。尼泊尔因这种对印度的过度依赖而遭受了很大的冲击,经济落后且急需现代化。BRI在尼泊尔的实施,将会给尼泊尔的经济发展带来很多机遇,但同时尼泊尔在经济、政治和环境等方面也会面临一些挑战。但这些挑战在追求...
