　　本研究旨在确定俄美政策如何影响两国在空间领域的伙伴关系。空间主题的重要性是由许多公共和私人国际关系对象的利益所决定的。在本人的研究中,我试图追查所选择的政治路线与空间领域之间的相互依存的关系。本文采用比较分析方法作为本研究的基础,可以回答本研究的主要问题,并可以追踪空间政策的形成主要是受两国总统影响、还是受较低层次的官员决策影响的问题。本文实证部分采用了可靠的文献资料:我使用并分析了官方高级会议的正式文件、简报和摘要、权威专家的文章以及新闻资源。对21世纪俄美总统关于空间政策的相关信息的分析使本人得出结论:美国与俄罗斯之间的伙伴关系将继续保持,但将发生变化,因为政治领导人直接影响空间政策的形成。人所共知,政治领导人对解决问题的看法不同,这也会直接影响到空间领域的合作。
