【摘要】：秦汉时期县级行政机构称为县廷,令史即为县廷中的重要属吏。令史秩级虽低,仅为斗食,地位却十分重要,尤其是秦及汉初,实际上充当了令、丞与各事务部门之间的纽带,具有不可替代的作用。令史大概产生于春秋战国之际,与县的产生与设置密切相关。从出土的简牍来看,秦及汉初令史的职能十分庞杂,几乎涉及秦汉基层社会的各个方面,这大概与令史的职能主要是继承先秦各史官而来有关,尤其是内史与御史对令史影响很大。尽管职能庞杂,但主文书与掌监察是令史最主要的职能,即使到了西汉中后期,由于分曹置掾的实行,令史的职能大为简化,但这两项重要的职能依然保留下来。另外里耶秦简中出现的令佐一职,实际上是令史的一种异称。令史作为县廷少吏,其选拔迁转自有一套程序。秦及汉初令史的选拔范围较窄,基本上是从更低一级的史职人员中选出,西汉中后期则扩大到其他的小吏。令史的迁转则有两种途径,一是由吏向官的迁转,二是向高级吏员的迁转,但向高级吏员的迁转是令史升迁的主要途径。当然,无论选拔还是迁转,功劳都是最重要的依据。此外就令史的待遇而言,爵位和秩级是影响令史待遇的主要因素,其中秩级更具有决定性影响。
[Abstract]:In Qin and Han dynasties, the county administration was called the county court, and the history was an important member of the county court. Although the rank of historical rank is low, it is only for fighting food, but its status is very important. Especially in Qin and early Han Dynasty, it actually acts as the link between Ling, Cheng and various departments of affairs, and plays an irreplaceable role. The history was probably produced in the Spring and Autumn period and warring States period, and the formation and establishment of the county is closely related. From the bamboo slips unearthed, the functions of Qin Dynasty and the early Han Dynasty are very complicated, almost involving all aspects of the grass-roots society of the Qin and Han dynasties. This is probably related to the fact that the functions of the Qing Dynasty history are mainly inherited from the historical officials of the pre-Qin period. Especially the internal history and the imperial history have great influence on the order history. Although the functions are numerous and complicated, the main documents and supervision are the most important functions in history. Even in the middle and late Han Dynasty, the functions of history were greatly simplified because of the implementation of the division of Cao Zi, but these two important functions still remained. In addition, the emergence of the Qin bamboo slips in the order Zuo-Yi, in fact, is a different name of the history. Ling Shi as a county government officials, its selection and transfer has a set of procedures. The selection range of Qin Dynasty and early Han Dynasty was narrower, which was basically selected from the lower level of the history staff, and expanded to other minor officials in the middle and late Western Han Dynasty. There are two ways to transfer history, one is from official to official, the other is to senior official, but to senior official is the main way to promote history. Of course, whether selection or transfer, credit is the most important basis. In addition, rank and rank are the main factors affecting the treatment of order history, among which rank is more decisive.
