晚清景德镇的瓷业生态、人口、税收及贸易研究（1840-1911）

【摘要】：本文以1840年至1911年间景德镇瓷业边缘历史的生态、人口、税收等为研究对象,通过对景德镇瓷业史料的整理和分析,力图还原晚清景德镇瓷业的发展全貌。全文主要从三方面着手:一、从晚清景德镇瓷业的生态人口问题,分析当时景德镇瓷业发展从原材料上就已经面临严峻问题;二、从晚清景德镇瓷业的税收制度,分析当时景德镇瓷业发展缓慢不仅由于原材料短缺致成本增长,也是由于当时政府的混乱管理,税卡林立使得景德镇瓷业发展利润更微;三、从晚清景德镇瓷业与东南亚贸易,了解晚清景德镇瓷业较明末清早期的外贸额相比有所降低,然降低的部分应该是针对欧洲而不是东南亚。晚清景德镇瓷业贸易与东南亚的往来依然密切,甚至针对东南亚出口而研发了“娘惹瓷”,这无疑是景德镇瓷业的一种的创新和发展。本文基于晚清景德镇瓷业以上三大方面,认为晚清景德镇瓷业发展较清早中期是有所迟缓,但这种迟缓是相对的,晚清时期景德镇瓷业可视为近代陶瓷工业化的缓冲及探索期。
[Abstract]:Taking the history of Jingdezhen porcelain industry from 1840 to 1911 as the research object, this paper tries to restore the development of Jingdezhen porcelain industry in late Qing Dynasty by sorting out and analyzing the historical data of Jingdezhen porcelain industry. The thesis mainly starts from three aspects: first, from the ecological population problem of Jingdezhen porcelain industry in the late Qing Dynasty, analyzes that Jingdezhen porcelain industry has already faced serious problems in raw materials at that time; second, from the late Qing Dynasty Jingdezhen porcelain industry tax system, The analysis of the slow development of Jingdezhen porcelain industry at that time was not only due to the cost growth caused by the shortage of raw materials, but also because of the chaotic management of the government at that time, and the tax cards made Jingdezhen porcelain industry develop profit even less. Third, from the late Qing Dynasty, Jingdezhen porcelain industry and Southeast Asia trade. The porcelain industry of Jingdezhen in the late Qing Dynasty was lower than the foreign trade in the late Ming Dynasty and the early Qing Dynasty, but the decrease should be directed at Europe rather than Southeast Asia. In the late Qing Dynasty, Jingdezhen's porcelain trade was still close with Southeast Asia, and even "Niangyaku porcelain" was developed for Southeast Asian exports, which was undoubtedly a kind of innovation and development of Jingdezhen porcelain industry. Based on the above three aspects of the porcelain industry in Jingdezhen in the late Qing Dynasty, the author thinks that the development of the porcelain industry in Jingdezhen in the late Qing Dynasty is slower than that in the middle of the morning, but this delay is relative. The porcelain industry in Jingdezhen in the late Qing Dynasty can be regarded as the buffer and exploration period of the industrialization of modern ceramics.
