著名人物故居类全国重点文物保护单位创新发展战略探讨

【摘要】：著名人物故居类全国重点文物具有爱国主义教育、实施中华优秀传统文化传承发展工程,进行国防教育、纪念抗战胜利和人文旅游资源开发与景区创建等功能。科学制定《著名人物故居类全国重点文物保护单位创新发展战略纲要》,并对相关法律法规进行修订完善,创新长效保护研究传承利用发展管理机制,统筹协调解决存在的矛盾和问题。既对故居类重点文物常怀敬畏珍视之心,又深刻认识创新发展战略的现实意义。充分发挥故居类重点文物在实施中华优秀传统文化传承发展工程的作用,大力发展以故居类重点文物为主体的专题专项文化旅游和研学旅行,着力创新发展红色旅游线路和产品。
[Abstract]:The national key cultural relics of famous people's former residence have the functions of patriotism education, carrying out the project of inheriting and developing Chinese excellent traditional culture, carrying out national defense education, commemorating the victory of the War of Resistance against Japan, the exploitation of humanistic tourism resources and the establishment of scenic spots. To scientifically formulate the outline of the innovative Development Strategy for key National Cultural relics Conservation Units of the Class of famous people, and to revise and perfect the relevant laws and regulations, and to innovate the management mechanism for the development, utilization, inheritance and utilization of long-term protection research, Coordinate and solve the existing contradictions and problems. To give full play to the role of key cultural relics of the former residence category in carrying out the project of inheriting and developing the outstanding traditional culture of China, and to vigorously develop the special cultural tourism and research travel with the key cultural relics of the former residence category as the main body, Focus on innovation and development of red tourism routes and products.
