非控论:一种新的思维范式

【摘要】：一种理论的背后潜存着一种思维范式。任何理论在自身的逻辑框架中总是难以证明自身。控制理论强调人为施控，追寻组织稳定，选取特定目标，，谋求最佳状态，因而不可避免地忽略解构在整体发展中的作用和浑沌现象非人为控制的某种因素。控制思想和控制行为的泛化会导致将复杂矛盾作简化处理，导致以偏概全的价值判断，甚至导致自然、文化生态的失调。非控理论作为一种新的思维范式，旨归于正确认识和使用控制。这就应区分可控者与不可控者，暂不可控者与永不可控者，需要控制者与无需控制者，应根据价值尺度适时控制和解控。非控思想是对控制思想的逆向补充
[Abstract]:Behind a theory lies a paradigm of thinking. Any theory is always difficult to prove itself in its own logical framework. The control theory emphasizes artificial control, pursues organizational stability, selects specific targets and seeks for the best state, thus inevitably neglecting the role of deconstruction in the overall development and the non-artificial control of chaos. The generalization of control thought and control behavior will lead to the simplified treatment of complex contradictions, the partial judgment of value, and even the imbalance of natural and cultural ecology. As a new mode of thinking, the theory of non-control aims at correctly recognizing and using control. This should distinguish between the controllable and the uncontrollable, the temporary uncontrollable and the uncontrollable, the need to control and those without control, and should be controlled and controlled according to the value scale. The thought of non-control is the reverse supplement to the thought of control
