罗斯悖论与标准道义逻辑的语义理论

【摘要】：罗斯悖论反映了道义逻辑标准系统的定理与直观有效性的冲突。之所以会产生罗斯悖论,首先是由于道义逻辑的基本概念在形式系统中的意义与日常语言中的用法不一致,其次,标准道义逻辑的语义理论不能充分刻画道义推理的特征,存在严重的理论缺陷。
[Abstract]:The Ross paradox reflects the conflict between the theorems and the intuitionistic validity of the standard system of deontic logic. The reason for the Ross paradox is that the meaning of the basic concept of deontic logic in the formal system is inconsistent with the usage of everyday language. Secondly, the semantic theory of standard deontic logic can not fully depict the characteristics of deontic reasoning. There are serious theoretical defects.
