【摘要】:正周韫珍教授1926年3月生于天津,1952年毕业于北京大学(原燕京大学)化学系,分配到中国医科大学卫生系营养与食品卫生学教研室任教,1955年调至武汉医学院(现华中科技大学同济医学院)卫生系营养与卫生学教研室任教。周教授自1952年大学毕业以来一直从事营养与食品卫生学的教学和研究工作。20世纪50年代初,国内尚无有关营养和食品卫生专业教材,周教授参与了
[Abstract]:Professor Zhou Youzhen was born in Tianjin in March 1926 and graduated from Beijing University (formerly Yanjing University) in 1952.He was assigned to teach in the Department of Nutrition and Food Hygiene, Department of Health, China Medical University, and in the Department of Nutrition and Hygiene, Wuhan Medical College (Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology) in 1955.Professor Zhou has been engaged in teaching and research on nutrition and food hygiene since he graduated from university in 1952.
