【摘要】：正近年来,钦州市人力资源和社会保障局会同相关部门认真梳理、评估已出台的人才工作政策,及时调整完善相关政策措施,2016年相继出台了《钦州市市直事业单位引进优秀人才暂行办法》《关于引进高层次人才待遇的补充规定》《钦州市非公有制企业高层次人才培育和引进暂行办法》等3份人才政策文件,进一步完善人才政策,逐步形成了全方位、多层次的人才政策体系。一、提高人才待遇水平2008年,钦州市在全区率先出台
