【摘要】:社保应用系统关系到每个人的切身利益,确保其正常运转和可靠计算至关重要,而网络是各个系统运行的基础,所以,对社保系统的网络需要建立高质量的运行维护系统,以使得网络系统安全、可靠运行并能发挥各个应用系统的效用。2012年,随着浙江省异地就医“一卡通”项目的全面铺开和社会保障卡发放数量的不断增加,建设全省统一的联网监控运维系统变得更加迫在眉睫。 论文详细分析了浙江社保网络运维的实际需求,给出了网络监控运维系统的设计方案,并采用J2EE技术和MVC架构实现了一个省、市、县三级部署的分布式B/S架构的运维系统。该系统由集中监控、告警管理、应急资源和配置管理四个模块组成,其中集中监控模块通过拓扑图的方式展现所属辖区网络、网络设备和安全设备的运行情况和告警信息,同时上级可查看下级监控系统;告警管理模块主要实现联网监控运维系统对网络监控的告警信息进行统一管理;应急资源模块负责对应急队伍、应急设备、知识库等三方面进行管理;配置管理模块是对联网监控运维系统初始化参数进行配置的功能模块。系统采用J2EE技术实现,由MVC三层体系结构,即展现层(View)、控制层(Controller)、模型层(Model)所构成,并采用面向服务的软件设计思想和基于关系数据库的对象化存储设计。 经绍兴、衢州两个地区的试用,该系统现已在全省推广使用。目前,该系统省端日均产生30多条告警,其中有效告警9条,通过告警和拓扑图展现极大缩短了故障处理的时间,并将一些故障消除在其产生影响前。该系统通过对各地异构网络环境的“监、管、控”,实现运维工作的日常管理、应急处理和联网监控,提高了全省的运维水平和管理效率。
[Abstract]:Social security application system is related to the vital interests of everyone, to ensure its normal operation and reliable computing is essential, and the network is the basis of each system, so. The network of social security system needs to establish a high-quality operation and maintenance system to make the network system safe, reliable operation and can play the role of each application system. 2012. With the expansion of the "one Card" program and the increasing number of social security cards in Zhejiang Province, the construction of a unified network monitoring and maintenance system is becoming more and more urgent. The paper analyzes the actual demand of Zhejiang social security network operation and maintenance in detail, gives the design scheme of network monitoring operation and maintenance system, and uses J2EE technology and MVC architecture to realize a province and city. The system consists of four modules: centralized monitoring, alarm management, emergency resource management and configuration management. The centralized monitoring module displays the operation and alarm information of the network, network equipment and security equipment in its jurisdiction by topology diagram, while the superior can view the subordinate monitoring system; The alarm management module mainly realizes the unified management of the alarm information in the network monitoring operation and maintenance system. The emergency resource module is responsible for the management of emergency team, emergency equipment and knowledge base. Configuration management module is a function module to configure initialization parameters of network monitoring and maintenance system. J2EE technology is used to realize the system. The system is implemented by MVC three-tier architecture, that is, display layer view. Control layer (Model layer) is composed of Service-Oriented Software Design and Object-based Storage Design based on Relational Database. Through the trial of Shaoxing and Quzhou, the system has been popularized and used in the whole province. At present, the system produces more than 30 alerts per day, of which 9 are effective. Alarm and topology show greatly shorten the time of fault processing, and eliminate some faults before their influence. The system can monitor, manage and control the heterogeneous network environment. The daily management, emergency handling and network monitoring of operation and maintenance work have been realized, and the operation and maintenance level and management efficiency of the province have been improved.
