【摘要】：近年来,社会经济不断进步的背景下,我国为了实现全面发展,积极实施了社会保障和救助等政策,受到了人们的广泛关注。然而,我国在实施民政救助的过程中,并没有一个统一而科学的标准,导致我国民政救助存在力度不足等现状。在这种情况下,加强民政救助制度的探究,采取有效措施促使民政救助制度得到有效构建,发挥更大功能为人民服务具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous progress of social economy, in order to achieve comprehensive development, China has actively implemented social security and assistance policies, which have been widely concerned. In the process of implementing civil aid, there is not a unified and scientific standard, which leads to the lack of strength of civil assistance in our country. In this case, strengthen the exploration of civil aid system. It is of great significance to take effective measures to promote the effective construction of civil aid system and to play a greater role in serving the people.
