【摘要】：江西省每年除举办常规性的综合性体育赛事外,还主办和承办过国家、国际性的综合性体育赛事:一是2004年在宜春举办的全国第五届农民运动会。二是2011年在南昌进行的第七届全国城市运动会。这些综合性赛事的举办对江西的各方面发展起到了积极的促进作用。虽然江西省内举办的各级综合性体育赛事在规模、规格上越来越大,但赛事组织管理方面还有可提高的空间。鉴于此,本文通过文献资料调研法、专家访谈法、实践调查法等方法,以江西省综合性体育赛事为研究对象,对江西省综合性体育赛事组织与管理进行研究得出以下结论和建议:1、江西省综合性体育赛事的举办以以下3点为基础:(1)江西省的综合性体育赛事组委会的组织结构为职能型赛事结构,各部门计划详细、分工明确,组委会各部门间联动沟通协调,共同实现体育赛事组织管理的各项工作。(2)江西省综合型体育赛事组织管理过程整体可划分为五个阶段,分别是:启动阶段,筹备阶段、赛前准备阶段、赛事阶段以及结尾阶段。作为一场完整的综合型体育赛事,强调全局性,整个赛事组织过程中的每一个节点都是核心。只有把有关赛事组织过程的每一项任务、每一个细节都做到位,才是把整个赛事顺利完成的前提基础、也是根本保障。(3)江西省的综合体育赛事的外溢社会价值来源于赛事组织管理的成功。赛事的各项组织管理工作已逐渐形成规范模式并趋于完善,但在组织赛事过程中还有细节性的工作环节需要改进,才能让赛事质量进一步提高。2、江西省的综合性体育赛事的举办对江西所产生的价值有:(1)促进了江西省经济的发展。(2)促进了全民健身事业发展、强化了终身体育意识。(3)促进了江西省的文化、红色文化的交流与传播。(4)体育赛事催生和完善了江西人民的社会保障制度,丰富了惠民内容。(5)综合性赛事的办赛目标增强了江西人民追求绿色、可持续发展的理念。(6)促进了江西省竞技体育训练水平及条件,培养了体育、赛事组织管理人才。(7)改善了城市环境、完善了城市基础设施建设、创造了宜居宜业的城市形象。3、对江西省综合性体育赛事组织管理的建议:建议江西省在举办综合性体育赛事时,从大局出发,长远看待本省体育的发展;把握赛事赛区工作、细节着手提高赛事整体质量;强调赛事的社会化,扩宽赛事资金来源渠道;营造更广泛的赛事宣传氛围,扩大赛事观众基数。各赛事组织部门工作要以赛事的整体规划为指导,通过计划及合理地组织、协调、和控制投入赛事的人、财、物、时间、信息等资源。同时,赛事机构部门与部门间要构建线上线下系统联动机制,采取多种协作途径以解决赛事组织管理中沟通信息失真和受阻的问题。只有这样才能使赛事顺利完成并产生更大的社会效益,才有继续举行赛事的意义。

Taking the comprehensive sports events in Jiangxi Province as the research object, this paper makes a study on the organization and management of the comprehensive sports events in Jiangxi Province and draws the following conclusions and suggestions: 1. The organization structure of the organizing committee of the comprehensive sports events in Jiangxi Province is the functional competition structure, each department plan is detailed, the division of labor is clear. The process of organizing and managing comprehensive sports events in Jiangxi Province can be divided into five stages. They are: starting stage, preparatory stage, pre-competition preparation stage, competition stage and the end stage. As a complete comprehensive sports event, the emphasis on the overall nature. Each node in the whole event organization process is the core. Only by making every task and every detail of the event organization process in place is the foundation for the successful completion of the whole event. The spillover social value of the comprehensive sports events in Jiangxi Province comes from the success of the organization and management of the events. The organization and management of the events has gradually formed a standardized model and tends to improve. However, in the process of organizing the event there are some detailed work links that need to be improved in order to further improve the quality of the event. 2. The holding of comprehensive sports events in Jiangxi Province has produced a value of: 1) promoted the economic development of Jiangxi Province. 2) promoted the development of the cause of national fitness.
