重庆市市内外流入人口城市融入比较研究

【摘要】：随着城市化的快速推进,流入人口涌入城市谋求生存和发展成为一大趋势。而重庆作为直辖市和超大城市,其巨大的发展潜力吸引了大量的跨区县和跨省际的流动人口流入城市。重视跨不同地域流入人口的城市融入状况,是有效化解社会矛盾、保持社会和谐稳定的重要任务。首先,对国内外研究现状进行了梳理,确定以推拉理论、从众行为理论和社会排斥理论作为理论支撑,将文献梳理法、实证研究法、比较研究法作为研究方法,对流入人口、城市融入和身份认同进行了概念的界定。其次,运用2013年重庆市流动人口动态监测数据对跨区县的市内流入人口和跨省际的市外流入人口进行比较研究。从个体特征、劳动就业、收入支出、保障状况、身份认同、社会参与、居留意愿六大维度对市内外流入人口的生存现状进行描述性分析。第三,利用SPSS17.0对市内外流入人口身份认同进行二元logistic回归分析,从个体特征因素、工作状况因素、文化因素、社会参与因素、居留意愿因素和社会保障因素方面找出影响市内外流入人口身份认同的因素。验证结果:教育程度、婚姻状况、工作经验、使用当地语言交流、居留意愿是影响市内外流入人口身份认同的重要因素;市内流入人口的收入水平在居留意愿和社会保障因素的作用下对身份认同的影响转为显著;在居留意愿的影响下,与当地人做朋友的态度对市外流入人口身份认同的影响转为显著;工作单位性质、参与社区文体活动的积极性和参与政治活动对市内流入人口的身份认同影响显著;参与政治活动对市外流入人口身份认同影响显著;而流入人口的性别、年龄、与当地人通婚态度、与当地人做朋友的态度对其身份认同的影响不显著。通过实证分析,市内外流入人口城市融入存在的共性问题包括:就业竞争力较弱、缺少城市融入的认同感、承受较大的住房压力。个性问题包括:市外流入人口在参保比例和参与社会活动积极性方面低于市内流入人口,而不稳定的工作性质更易削弱市内流入人口的城市融入度。因此,应从提高流入人口就业竞争力、探索多元化的住房保障体系、分类实施养老保险的转移接续、增强城市居民对流入人口的认可和接纳、提高流入人口参与社会活动的积极性、实行差别化落户制度的改革方面增强流入人口的城市融入。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization, the influx of people into cities for survival and development has become a major trend. Chongqing, as a municipality directly under the Central Government and megacities, Its huge development potential has attracted a large number of cross-regional and inter-provincial floating population to flow into cities. It is an important task to effectively resolve social contradictions and maintain social harmony and stability to pay attention to the situation of urban integration of the inflow of population across different regions. The current research situation at home and abroad is combed, and the theory of push and pull, the theory of conformity behavior and the theory of social exclusion are chosen as theoretical support, the literature combing method, the empirical research method and the comparative research method are taken as the research methods. The concept of urban integration and identity is defined. Secondly, by using the data of Chongqing floating population dynamics monitoring in 2013, a comparative study is made between the urban inflow population in cross-district counties and the inter-provincial inflow population. The six dimensions of labor employment, income expenditure, security situation, identity, social participation, and willingness to stay describe the current situation of the inflow of population in and out of the city. The binary logistic regression analysis of the identity of the inflow population in and out of the city was carried out by using SPSS17.0. The factors of individual characteristics, work status, culture, social participation were analyzed. Find out the factors that influence the identity of the inflow of population in and out of the city in terms of the factors of residence intention and social security. Results: educational level, marital status, work experience, communication in the local language, Residence intention is an important factor affecting the identity of the inflow population in and out of the city; the income level of the inflow population in the city has a significant effect on identity under the influence of residence intention and social security factors; under the influence of residence intention, the influence of the income level of the inflow population in the city on identity identity is significant. The influence of the attitude of making friends with the local people on the identity of the inflow population out of the city is significant, the nature of the work unit, the enthusiasm to participate in the community sports activities and the participation in the political activities have a significant impact on the identity identity of the inflow population in the city. Participation in political activities has a significant impact on the identity of the inflow of people out of the city, while gender, age, intermarriage with the local people, and the attitude of being friends with the local people have no significant impact on their identity. The common problems of urban integration in and out of the city include the weak competitiveness of employment, the lack of the identity of urban integration, Bear greater housing pressure. Personality problems include: the proportion of people entering the city outside of the city is lower than that of the inflow of the urban population in terms of the proportion of people participating in insurance and the enthusiasm for participating in social activities. The unstable nature of the work is more likely to weaken the urban integration of the inflow of people in the city. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the employment competitiveness of the inflow population, explore a diversified housing security system, and carry out the transfer of old-age insurance into different categories. To strengthen the recognition and acceptance of the inflow population, to increase the enthusiasm of the inflow population to participate in social activities, and to strengthen the urban integration of the inflow population through the reform of the differential settlement system.
