人力资源社会保障信访系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:信访工作是党和政府联系群众的重要方式,也是党和政府了解人民群众意愿和诉求的重要窗口。通过人力资源社会保障信访业务系统,人力资源社会保障行政部门即可迅捷登记人民群众反映的诉求、意见和问题,通过后台操作,直接办理或回复群众的信访诉求、意见和问题,有效解决问题,化解矛盾。本文以软件工程的基本原理为指导,采用B/S开发模式,针对人力资源社会保障信访办的具体业务需求,设计开发了一套面向具体业务的需求的平台软件。论文的主要工作:(1)对论文背景及意义进行了简单描述,然后分析了国内外现状,并对论文的主要工作和结构安排进行了描述。(2)介绍了人力资源社会保障信访系统开发的技术理论,开发系统开发过程介绍,以及系统开发原则和方法、UML系统建模的内容等。(3)针对信访办的具体业务要求,提出了一套全面的人力资源社会保障信访系统的需求方案,其中涉及系统的体系结构设计,系统的可行性研究、需求分析、总体设计,以及各模块的需求分析和详细设计,Mysql数据库的设计等。(4)最后实现了一个完整的人力资源社会保障信访系统,并对其进行了页面展示。本人力资源社会保障信访系统实现了信访业务的信息化办公以及信访工作的系统化管理,系统的投产使用实现信访数据业务的新增、修改、查询、统计等功能,并利用网络传输信访数据以及下载打印报表数据,与人力资源信息管理业务需求相融合,从而使信访系统模型的健壮性得到了保障,于此同时,对信访系统功能扩展性和以后日常维护工作也有较大改善。由于现在由计算机来代替从前由人工完成的操作,不仅提高了工作准确性,而且提高了工作效率,使信访办的工作更加高效便捷。

The administrative department of human resources social security can quickly register the demands, opinions and problems reflected by the masses, directly handle or respond to the requests, opinions and problems of the masses through backstage operations, and effectively solve the problems, This paper, guided by the basic principles of software engineering, adopts the B / S development model and aims at the specific business needs of the Office of Human Resources Social Security Letters and visits. This paper designs and develops a set of platform software oriented to the demand of specific business. The main work of this paper is: 1) briefly describing the background and significance of the paper, and then analyzing the current situation at home and abroad. The main work and structure of the paper are described. 2) the technical theory of the development of the human resources social security petition system is introduced, and the development process of the development system is introduced. And the principles and methods of system development and the content of UML system modeling, etc.) aiming at the specific business requirements of the Office of Letters and visits, this paper puts forward a set of comprehensive human resources social security letter and visit system requirements, which involves the system architecture design. The feasibility study, requirement analysis, general design, requirement analysis of each module and detailed design of MySQL database etc.) finally, a complete human resources social security letter and call system is implemented. The human resources social security letter and visit system has realized the information office of the letter and call business and the systematic management of the letter and call work, and the system has been put into operation to realize the addition, modification and inquiry of the letter and visit data service. Statistics and other functions, and the use of network transmission of petition data and download print report data, and human resources information management business requirements are integrated, so that the robustness of the petition system model is guaranteed, at the same time, The extensibility of the function of the letter and visit system and the daily maintenance work in the future have also been greatly improved. As computers are now used to replace the operations previously completed by people, the accuracy and efficiency of the work have been improved. To make the work of the Office more efficient and convenient.
