信息化助力全民参保

【摘要】：实施全民参保计划是"十三五"时期社会保障工作的重要任务。从信息化角度,保障全民参保计划实施,重点抓好四个方面,一是建设全民参保登记系统,畅通参保登记渠道,登记未参保人员,促进参保;二是完善联网监测系统,建设持卡人员基础信息库,共享数据,标记未参全人员,查清补齐,推进参保;三是推动社会保险关系转移系统建设应用,实现社保关系顺畅接转,促进续保;四是利用比对查询系统,归并去重,消除重复参保。
[Abstract]:The implementation of the universal participation plan is an important task for social security work during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. From the perspective of information technology, to ensure the implementation of the universal participation plan, we should focus on four aspects: first, to build a universal participation registration system and to unblock the registration channels for participation in insurance. The second is to improve the network monitoring system, build the basic information base of the card holders, share data, mark all the uninsured, check and fill out, and promote the participation in the insurance; The third is to promote the construction and application of social insurance relationship transfer system, to realize the smooth transfer of social security relationship, and to promote the renewal of insurance.
