“三化同步”:贵州特困地区扶贫路径

【摘要】：贵州三大连片特困地区扶贫成果显著,但贫困率依然居高不下,必须优化扶贫路径。在农业现代化方面,更多投向农业科技推广和农田基础设施完善;城镇化方面,加强农民技能培训和完善城乡社保体系;工业化方面,推动特色农产品加工、农业产业园区建立。
[Abstract]:Although the poverty reduction rate is still high in the three special hardship areas of Guizhou Province, the poverty alleviation path must be optimized.In the area of agricultural modernization, more should be devoted to the promotion of agricultural science and technology and the improvement of farmland infrastructure; urbanization, the strengthening of farmers' skills training and the improvement of the urban and rural social security system; and the promotion of processing of characteristic agricultural products in the area of industrialization.Establishment of agricultural industrial parks.
