当前社保基金存在的安全问题及对策

【摘要】：随着国家改革开放的力度不断加强,中国的社会经济蓬勃发展。中国的经济水平和国民的生活水平不断提高,国家对广大人民群众的社会保障的关注程度也在不断上升。那么作为我国社会保障体系中的重要部分之一的社保基金,国家自然高度重视。所以在国家政府的积极领导下,我国社保基金发挥着重大作用。但是社保基金在切实的运行过程中,也会出现一些不尽完善之处。所以本文主要通过会计信息披露制度不健全,违规挪用社保基金的现象严重,部分操作人员综合素质不高,社保基金的法律体系不健全等来分析当前社保基金存在的一些安全问题,进而提出一些建议措施,有利于社保基金的最大程度的发挥。
[Abstract]:With the development of reform and opening-up, China's social economy is booming. China's economic level and the standard of living of its people are constantly improving, and the state's concern for the social security of the broad masses of the people is also rising. So, as an important part of our social security system, social security fund, the state naturally attaches great importance. So under the active leadership of the national government, the social security fund of our country is playing an important role. But social security fund in the actual operation process, will also appear some imperfect place. So this article mainly through the accounting information disclosure system is not perfect, misappropriates the social security fund phenomenon seriously, some operators' comprehensive quality is not high, The legal system of the social security fund is not perfect to analyze some security problems existing in the current social security fund, and then some suggestions are put forward, which will benefit the social security fund to the maximum extent.
