关于进一步改善民生的调查与思考——以湖南省桃江县为例

【摘要】：湖南省桃江县属于我国中西部很多欠发达地区,经济发展滞后,财政入不敷出,改善民生的投入主要依靠上级的支持,特别是一些民生项目未发挥应有的效益、群众收入增加的门路狭窄、社会保障标准较低、教育医疗等公共服务亟需优化等问题突出。文章在深入调研、分析的基础上,针对性这些地提出了四项建议:科学统筹,强化监管;富民优先,搭建平台;加大投入,提高标准;优化队伍,提升服务。
[Abstract]:Taojiang County in Hunan Province belongs to many underdeveloped areas in the central and western regions of our country, with its economic development lagging behind and its financial income overstretched. The investment in improving the people's livelihood mainly depends on the support of its superiors, especially some livelihood projects that have not brought into full play the benefits that they should have. Public services such as education and medical care need to be optimized. On the basis of in-depth investigation and analysis, this paper puts forward four suggestions: scientific coordination, strengthening supervision, rich people first, building platform, increasing investment, improving standards, optimizing the team and improving service.
