【摘要】：2014年4月,国务院办公厅发布《2014年政府信息公开工作要点》,其中要求对高校招生信息及财务信息公开、科技管理和项目经费公开、医疗卫生领域信息公开、就业信息公开、社会保障信息公开,将我国档案信息公开提到日程上来。这一举措也就是的高校档案馆所处的信息环境发生了巨大的变化。高校教师、管理人员、科研人员、学生、社会人员等不同的档案信息用户群体,在档案信息需求方面所呈现出来的个性化与多样化也愈加明显,然而传统的档案信息服务方式已无法满足这种信息需求。因此,本文通过介绍高校档案信息服务的现状,结合笔者在河北大学档案馆实践期间发现的问题,通过对该档案馆查阅借阅记录进行数据分析,并在此基础上进行了问卷调查,进而对该高校档案馆信息服务提出具体的发展策略。本文通过介绍高校档案信息服务的现状,结合笔者在河北大学档案馆实践期间发现的问题,通过对该档案馆查阅借阅记录进行数据分析,并在此基础上进行了问卷调查,进而对该高校档案馆信息服务提出具体的发展策略。
[Abstract]:In April 2014, the General Office of the State Council issued the key points for the publication of Government Information in 2014, which requires the disclosure of enrollment information and financial information in colleges and universities, the disclosure of scientific and technological management and project funds, the disclosure of information in the field of medical and health care, and the disclosure of employment information. Social security information publicity, public archives information will be put on the agenda. The information environment of university archives has changed greatly. Different users of archival information, such as university teachers, administrators, researchers, students and social personnel, have become more and more individualized and diversified in the demand for archival information. However, the traditional archival information service can not meet this kind of information demand. Therefore, by introducing the current situation of archives information service in colleges and universities, combining the problems found during the practice of the archives of Hebei University, this paper makes a data analysis on the records borrowed from the archives, and on this basis carries out a questionnaire survey. And then put forward the concrete development strategy to the university archives information service.
