【摘要】：正党的十八届三中全会提出,整合城乡居民基本养老保险制度、基本医疗保险制度。日前,国务院出台的《关于整合城乡居民基本医疗保险制度的意见》(以下简称《意见》),提出覆盖范围、筹资政策、保障待遇、医保目录、定点管理、基金管理的六统一。"这意味着城乡居民医保制度整合后,城乡居民参加统一的城乡居民医保制度,按照统一的政策参保缴费和享受待遇,更加公平地享有基本医疗保障权益。"人社部社会保障研究所医保研
