构建多层次社会保障体系路径研究

【摘要】：2020年我国将建成国民全覆盖的,适应不同层次的社会保障体系。文章从我国社会保障体系的现状出发,提出了构建多层次社会保障体系的必然性,研究了如果构建"四层次"社会养老与社会医疗保障制度,为构建多层次社会保障体系提出了解决路径。
[Abstract]:In 2020, China will build a national full coverage, adapt to different levels of social security system. Based on the present situation of social security system in China, this paper puts forward the inevitability of constructing a multi-level social security system, and studies how to construct a "four-level" social security system for the aged and social medical security. In order to build a multi-level social security system, a solution is proposed.
