全运会赛场道德失范的表现形态、成因及对策研究

【摘要】：体育道德是体育活动参与者应共同遵循的行为规范,是社会主义道德体系中不可或缺的组成部分,是中国体育事业不断成长壮大的重要精神支柱和价值依托。当前,我国正处于社会转型期,竞技体育事业发展中面临着较为严重的道德困境,道德失范现象频发,影响了我国竞技体育事业的健康发展,道德失范已成为现阶段我国体育事业发展中亟待解决的问题。全运会赛场的道德失范现象是我国竞技体育领域道德失范的一个缩影,如何应对这些现象,最大限度的预防、降低甚至消除道德失范现象的发生,是全运会乃至我国整体体育事业健康发展中必须重视并解决的问题。为营造一个和谐的赛事文化发展氛围,本文通过文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法及案例分析法等研究方法,结合近5届全运会的相关比赛录像和媒体新闻,对近5届全运会赛场道德失范现象进行了分析,探索导致道德失范现象频发的深层原因,在此基础上探寻全运会赛场道德失范的应对策略,为促进全运会赛场乃至整个体育事业良好有序的赛场环境的形成提供有价值的理论借鉴,推动我国体育事业朝着健康的方向发展。研究表明,频发的全运会赛场道德失范现象是内因与外因共同作用的结果。从外部因素看,社会主义市场经济发展与体育道德建设不平衡导致社会道德水平下降、竞技体育文化的迷失与“金牌至上”价值认同的压力等,是全运会赛场道德失范现象频发的社会源头;从内部因素看,我国竞技体育管理、运行体系不完善是全运会道德失范现象的根源,竞技体育商业化的利益驱动是道德失范现象的直接诱因,竞技体育特性及制度不健全为道德失范提供了可乘之机,惩治不力、法律衔接不畅等降低了道德失范行为的成本,运动员社会保障制度不完善及薪酬、激励制度的缺陷、竞技体育教育的错位等都是导致体育道德失范频发的重要原因。针对上述问题,提出相应的应对策略:从外部对策看,要建立社会主义市场经济相适应的道德体系,重视体育文化建设,营造良好的人文氛围;从内部对策看,要完善竞技体育的管理体制及运行机制,进一步加快体育法规、制度的建设进程;加强对全运会赛程全过程的监督力度和对赛场道德失范行为的惩治力度,完善运动员的社会保障及薪酬激励制度,加强对体育工作者的道德教育。
[Abstract]:Sports morality is a standard of conduct that should be followed by the participants in sports activities, an indispensable part of the socialist moral system, and an important spiritual pillar and value support for the continuous growth and expansion of Chinese sports undertakings. At present, our country is in the period of social transformation, the development of competitive sports is facing a serious moral dilemma, the phenomenon of frequent moral anomie affects the healthy development of competitive sports in China. Moral anomie has become a problem to be solved in the development of sports in our country. The phenomenon of moral anomie in the National Games is a microcosm of moral anomie in the field of competitive sports in China. How to deal with these phenomena, to prevent them to the greatest extent, to reduce or even eliminate the occurrence of the phenomenon of moral anomie, It is a problem that must be paid attention to and solved in the healthy development of the national games and the whole sports cause of our country. In order to create a harmonious atmosphere for the cultural development of the sports events, this paper combines the research methods of literature, interview, logic analysis and case analysis, and combines the relevant competition videos and media news of the recent 5 National Games. This paper analyzes the phenomenon of moral anomie in the last 5 ~ (th) National Games, explores the deep reasons that lead to the frequent occurrence of the phenomenon, and on this basis, probes into the countermeasures of the "moral anomie" in the National Games. In order to promote the formation of a good and orderly athletic field environment in the National Games and even the whole sports career, it can provide valuable theoretical reference and promote the development of sports industry in China towards a healthy direction. The study shows that the phenomenon of frequent moral anomie in the National Games is the result of internal and external causes. From the external factors, the imbalance between the development of socialist market economy and the construction of sports morality leads to the decline of social moral level, the loss of competitive sports culture and the pressure of "gold medal supremacy" value identity, etc. It is the social source of the frequent phenomenon of moral anomie in the National Games, and from the perspective of internal factors, the imperfect management and running system of competitive sports in China are the root causes of the phenomenon of moral anomie in the National Games. The benefit drive of the commercialization of competitive sports is the direct inducement of the phenomenon of moral anomie. The imperfection of competitive sports characteristics and system provides an opportunity for moral anomie, the punishment is weak, the legal cohesion is not smooth, and so on, which reduces the cost of moral anomie. The imperfection of athletes' social security system, the defects of salary, incentive system, and the dislocation of sports education are the important reasons for the frequent loss of sports morality. In view of the above problems, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward: from the external countermeasures, we should establish a moral system adapted to the socialist market economy, attach importance to the construction of sports culture, create a good humanistic atmosphere, and look at the internal countermeasures, It is necessary to improve the management system and operational mechanism of competitive sports, further speed up the process of construction of sports laws and regulations, strengthen the supervision of the whole process of the National Games and punish the moral misconduct in the field. Improve athletes' social security and salary incentive system, strengthen the moral education of sports workers.
