教育均衡理念下城乡教师合理流动机制构建

【摘要】：随着教育改革的不断深入,我国对教育均衡发展的要求日益迫切,在教育均衡发展过程中,师资配置均衡是其重要前提与保障。当前,我国城乡师资资源配置仍存在突出的不均等问题,如何促进城乡教师合理流动成为摆在我国教育发展领域的重要课题。在教育均衡理念要求下,审视我国城乡教师流动现状,可通过创新学校文化管理体制,完善农村教师社会保障体制,不断健全城乡教师流动法律和政策,统筹城乡教师编制并逐步加大对农村基础教育投入等途径,构建并完善城乡教师合理流动机制。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of educational reform, the demand for balanced development of education in China is increasingly urgent. In the process of balanced development of education, the balance of teacher allocation is an important prerequisite and guarantee. At present, there are still outstanding problems in the allocation of teachers' resources in urban and rural areas in China. How to promote the rational flow of teachers in urban and rural areas has become an important issue in the field of educational development in China. Under the requirement of the idea of balanced education, we can examine the current situation of teachers' mobility in urban and rural areas in our country. Through innovating the management system of school culture, we can perfect the social security system of rural teachers and improve the laws and policies on the flow of teachers in urban and rural areas. In order to construct and perfect the reasonable flow mechanism of urban and rural teachers, we should coordinate the establishment of urban and rural teachers and gradually increase the investment in rural basic education.
