【摘要】：正2014年以来,兵团法院坚持司法为民公正司法工作主线,加强审判执行工作和班子队伍建设,为兵团更好地发挥维稳戍边特殊作用提供了有力的司法保障。兵团三级人民法院充分发挥审判职能作用,全系统共办理各类案件76500件。依法严惩各类刑事犯罪,重点依法从重从快从严打击"三股势力"暴恐犯罪和"三非"宗教极端破坏活动;依法受理各类民商事案件,妥善处理房屋拆迁、劳动和社会保障等敏感案件。在班子队伍建设上,兵团各级人民法院坚持抓党建,带队伍,促审判,着力提高队伍能力素质并加强党风廉政建设。
