银川市“城中村”居民社会保障问题研究

【摘要】：以银川市为典型研究区域,对"城中村"的居民进行了问卷调查,结果表明:对被征地农民养老保障制度难以实施、覆盖率不足、被征地农民医疗保险制度难以衔接和被征地农民失业保险处于真空状态是社会保障制度欠完善的根源,从而提出了相应对策。
[Abstract]:Taking Yinchuan city as the typical research area, the residents of "villages in the city" were investigated. The results show that the old-age security system for the peasants who have been expropriated is difficult to implement, and the coverage rate is insufficient. The root of the imperfect social security system is the difficulty of linking up the medical insurance system of the land-expropriated peasants and the vacuum of the unemployment insurance of the land-expropriated peasants, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
