服务型政府建设与新型社会保障体系构建

【摘要】：科学、完善的社会保障体系对于改善我国民生,维护社会稳定有着极为重要的意义。社会保障制度的建设实施主体是各级政府,建立一个与政府新职能相适应、基于服务型政府的社会保障体系,对于为社会各群体提供高效、优质的社会保障服务具有重要指导意义,并且构成了今后我国进一步转变政府职能、实现政府转型、推进行政体制改革和社会建设的重要内容。
[Abstract]:Scientific and perfect social security system is of great significance for improving the livelihood of our country and maintaining social stability. The main body of the construction of social security system is the government at all levels, the establishment of a social security system based on the new function of the government, the service based government, and the high efficiency and high quality social security for all groups of society. The barrier service has important guiding significance, and constitutes the important content of our country's further transformation of government functions, the transformation of the government and the promotion of the reform of the administrative system and the construction of the society.
